Please allow up to 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once orders are processed, items are usually shipped the next business day.
Reservoir will provide a verification email with your package tracking information once your order has been fulfilled processed. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes or customs where applicable. Customers are also responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address so please be mindful when entering delivery information. Reservoir cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. When the package is delivered, (defined as but not limited to; signed for, directly hand delivered, left at door, mailroom, front desk or management office) the package and its contents is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Domestic US state sales tax only applies to orders shipped within California. Tax or import duties do not apply to orders shipped within the United States. Reservoir is not required to pay Use Tax or other local state taxes. All other countries are considered Non-Resident Duties Unpaid (NRDUP) and may be subject to additional duties and taxes from customs in the destination country. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the destination country. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. Purchases shipped to Brazil require a tax ID number (Cadastro de Pessoa Fisica - CPF) to clear customs. Please have it available when Fed-Ex contacts you.
UPS is the official shipping carrier of Reservoir for all ground, air and international deliveries. Domestic ground shipments within the continental USA with a value of $250 or higher qualify for free shipping. USA residents may also choose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPD Next Day Air. International orders require a signature on delivery.
Sale items may not be returned nor exchanged and are final sale. Some items may not be in perfect condition nor as exactly pictured, so please contact us if you would like more details before purchasing.
Reservoir is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
No returns on fine jewelry. All sale items, special orders, artwork, and accessories including belts, handbags, jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, swimwear, hats and intimates are not eligible for a refund and are final sale.
All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. The customer is required to pay in full when placing a special order.
